Riviera Interpreting

1. Purpose

These terms define the conditions under which Riviera Interpreting provides translation, interpreting and linguistic assistance services. Any order implies full acceptance of these conditions.

2. Services

Riviera Interpreting provides written translation, interpreting and tailor-made linguistic assistance with rigour, confidentiality and professional standards.

3. Quote and order

Each service is subject to a prior free quote. The order is confirmed after written approval and, where applicable, payment of a deposit.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are expressed in euros and vary according to volume, complexity and urgency. Payment terms are specified in the quote.

5. Deadlines

Deadlines are indicative and confirmed at order stage. Riviera Interpreting makes every effort to respect them.

6. Client obligations

• Provide complete and usable documents
• Check the accuracy of transmitted information
• Respect validation and payment deadlines

7. Confidentiality

Riviera Interpreting undertakes to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding documents, information and exchanges.

8. Liability

Riviera Interpreting is bound by a best-efforts obligation. Liability is limited to proven fault and to the amount of the relevant service.

9. Cancellation

Interpreting cancellations may be charged depending on notice period. Any translation already started remains due.
